Hayley Crosby, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of general civil litigation, premises liability, insurance defense and retail and hospitality industry defense. Hayley also has experience with commercial litigation matters, breach of contract disputes, insurance policy coverage determinations, and other tort litigation.
Hayley is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in English from the University of South Carolina, graduating early at the age of 20. She then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina, earning her J.D. in 2017. Throughout law school, Hayley was an active member of the Moot Court Team, the Journal of Law and Education, the Vice-President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the Student Bar Association. Hayley completed an externship with the Criminal Law clinic and worked as a Law Clerk at a firm representing school districts across the state of South Carolina.
After graduating law school, Hayley found her passion for civil litigation, and has worked in that capacity since. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her son, her dogs, her family, and her fiancé.
