About

Amber Austin, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of automotive and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and wrongful death. Amber also has experience representing nursing homes in malpractice cases.

Amber earned her B.A. in English, with honors, from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. She then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida earning her J.D., cum laude, in 2017. Throughout law school, Amber was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, Secretary for the Caribbean Law Student Association and Pro Bono Chair for the Black Law Student Association. She earned Book Awards in various classes including Lawyers Process for Litigation Practice.

After graduating law school, Amber practiced family law at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. She then transitioned into civil defense in 2019 and has represented various businesses and insurance carriers since that time. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and baking.
