Throughout her career as a litigator Kelly has focused her practice in the areas of automotive and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and wrongful death. Kelly has represented a variety of different insurance carriers, their insureds, and self-insured entities to secure numerous judgements and dismissals in her client’s favor.
