Saalfield Shad is pleased to announce that attorneys Clemente Inclan and Angelica Inclan Lynch have been honored with the Federal Court Bar Association’s 2025 Spirit of Giving Award. The award was presented at the annual Spirit of Giving Luncheon, recognizing civil practitioners who demonstrate exceptional commitment to pro bono service.

Clemente and Angelica were recognized for their representation of a pro se plaintiff in a complex civil rights case that spanned three years, from initial appointment through a three-day jury trial. The case involved claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and required extensive discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

In presenting the award, The Honorable Marcia Howard, Chief Judge of the Middle District of Florida, noted: “They were diligent, prepared, and professional. And thanks to their efforts the plaintiff’s claims were fully and fairly heard and justice was served.”

The award acknowledges their dedication to ensuring access to justice for those who cannot afford legal representation. We congratulate Clemente and Angelica on this well-deserved recognition of their commitment to serving the court and the Jacksonville community.
