Richard Stoudemire is an experienced trial lawyer with decades of experience representing a diverse set of clients in civil litigation, mediation, and worker’s compensation matters. Richard now focuses his practice in the areas of mediation, consultation, and coverage issues. He provides valuable insight and guidance in complex litigation matters across the state of Florida, assisting clients and other attorneys.

Richard has a successful record of representing clients in cases with complex issues and significant financial exposure. He is Board Certified in workers’ compensation, AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, and has been listed multiple times in Florida Super Lawyers.

A native of the Jacksonville area, Richard and his wife have one daughter who lives in Brooklyn, NY and is a graphic designer. They enjoy traveling, boating, fishing, gardening, and good wine.
