In the most recent case, shareholder Jenifer Worley and partner Dana Jacobs obtained a defense verdict in Duval County on behalf of a hospital in a lawsuit brought by a plaintiff who alleged to have sustained injuries at the hospital.
Other defense verdicts achieved by attorneys in the firm on behalf of clients this year include:
- Shareholder Bill Stone obtained a defense verdict in a general negligence case for a corporate defendant in St. Johns County.
- Shareholders Bill Stone and Susan Bird obtained a defense verdict after a week-long trial on behalf of a long-term care client in a lawsuit alleging negligence and violation of residents’ rights.
- Shareholder Jenifer Worley and partner Dana Jacobs obtained a defense verdict in Clay County on behalf of a hospital in a lawsuit brought by a plaintiff who alleged to have sustained injuries at the hospital.
