William T. Stone, Jr.





Will Stone focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, and appellate law. He represents individuals and businesses, insurance companies, and local hospitals in the defense of personal injury matters.

While in law school, Will clerked for the Honorable P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court. He also served as articles editor of the Georgia Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, he was a staff attorney at the Duval County Courthouse where he handled various civil and criminal matters. While in this position, Will was occasionally appointed to serve as a special master to preside over hearings related to requests for belated appeals.

Will is a Jacksonville native and enjoys freshwater fishing, reading, and supporting the Florida Gators in any sport.
