Kimberly Matthews is a partner with the firm. Her primary areas of practice include State and Federal Workers’ Compensation, General Civil Liability including Premises Liability, and Third Party Indemnification/Subrogation.
With years of experience representing clients in general liability matters including medical malpractice, Kim brings a unique focus and skill set to her work in representing insured and self-insured employers including hospitals, trucking companies, national home improvement stores, and government entities. Working with members of the Workers’ Compensation Team at the firm, Kim provides a rapid and coordinated response to reports of catastrophic injuries with a goal of mitigating exposure to the client.
Kim is a proud “Army brat” who spent a large part of her childhood living in Europe. She landed in Orlando, Florida where she attended high school. After graduating from law school at the University of Florida, Kim moved to Ponte Vedra Beach where she has lived ever since. Kim has three children of whom she is very proud, including a set of boy/girl twins. Her favorite pastimes include riding her horse on the beach, taking dance classes, and paddle boarding.
